NO appointments are to be booked at the surgery WITHOUT prior discussion with a member of the clinical team either by phone or by askmyGP, do not attend the surgery expecting to be seen you will be turned away and advised to contact the surgery ideally by askmyGP, as this allows us the most efficient way to help as many of our patients as quickly as possible, or by phone if you can not use the askmyGP service

Consultations will be taken by phone, online message or video consultation dependent upon clinical need, non urgent issues may wait much longer than normal to be dealt with.

The priority is keeping the surgery able to manage the most unwell and most urgently in need patients in the safest way for themselves and the wider community. We thank you for your cooperation at this time
